Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards before leaving our studio.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During new releases, limited drops, restocks, or promotional events, processing times may extend to 5 to 10 business days due to increased order volume.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at kcdvsninfo@gmail.com.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KNIGHTCRAWLER is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately cannot be combined once submitted.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to select countries. If shipping is unavailable to your location, it will not appear as an option during checkout.
